Environmental Allergies

Treatment for Environmental Allergies

At Franklin Acupuncture, we specialize in a treatment for environmental allergies called Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT). We utilize SAAT to treat allergies to trees, grasses, weeds, molds, and dust/dust mites. We provide environmental allergy treatment for patients in Tennessee and surrounding areas such as Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, and Illinois.

In conventional medicine, options to help manage symptoms include antihistamines, nasal corticosteroids, and decongestants. The primary treatment utilized in conventional medicine for environmental allergies is subcutaneous immunotherapy, also known as allergy shots. The average patient will require allergy shots for three years and can expect to spend on average $2,000 per year, which totals to roughly $6,000.

SAAT was developed by Dr. Nader Soliman, an innovator in the field of auricular (ear) acupuncture. Compared to immunotherapies and other holistic therapies, SAAT has been found to provide the most effective results. Ultimately, the outcome of receiving SAAT for environmental allergies is complete elimination of the allergic reactions.

Most patients with environmental allergies will require two treatments to eliminate all reactions. Oral frequency-based remedies are also required to fully address the allergens. The average patient will require treatment for approximately four months. The average total cost of our environmental allergy treatment is approximately $2,000. Unlike allergy shots, SAAT does not require the patient to be exposed to the allergen. It also does not require an extended period of time to address the allergens. Our treatment is cost-effective and provides relief in a much shorter timeframe than allergy shots.
