About Food Additive/ Preservative/ Stabilizer Allergies
Food additives, preservatives, and stabilizers are used to improve flavor, shelf life, or texture. Many individuals who feel they are reacting to multiple foods are in fact reacting to food additives, preservatives, and stabilizers.
